Against The Ropes is a HIIT boxing workout using basic boxing technique designed for all ages. We promote a 10-round, 35-minute program that consists of interval, boxing and cardiovascular training. Against the Ropes has your back! We always have a trainer leading you in the right direction to meet your goals. At some point in your circuit workout, you will get a 1 on 1 round with the trainer, putting your skills to the test with pad work!
